Mikane Shrine is located in the heart of the city, just around 3.5k/m from Kyoto Station. Visitors can easily reach the shrine using the frequent subway and bus services operating from Kyoto Station and other cultural sites. It is highly recommended to use public transportation when visiting the shrine.

• Horikawa Oike (City Bus): A 5-minute walk to the east.

• From Shijo Kawaramachi, Gion and Kiyomizu area: Approximately 15-minute.

If arriving by car:

Parking is unavailable at the shrine. Kindly make use of the nearby coin-operated parking lots. To avoid inconveniencing residents and traffic, kindly refrain from parking on the roadside. Repeatedly opening and closing car doors can cause significant noise and disturb the surrounding area. Your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment is greatly appreciated.
